Process

Synthesis wants to know each of our clients on both a professional and personal level. We go beyond meeting each client and learning his or her needs. We want to learn about them; this helps us better understand what the Synthesis team of designers and engineers can do to help our clients take their ideas even further.

To do this, we ask a lot of questions; we're an inquisitive bunch. To us, details mean everything -- details help us get a project off the ground, and we know details are what our clients care about, down to the last pixel. While Synthesis has an appreciation for details, we also have the ability to pull back and take everything in. Once a problem is posed, we kick it around the office and do everything we can to look for that big picture.

We like to spend time with our clients; we want to make sure that after our aspect of the task is complete, our client is left with a comprehensive maintenance plan. We do all the leg work to devise the exact specifications necessary to sustain the finished project.
